  • Verify game installation files
  • Disable your VPN

Change your matchmaking region

Adjusting your matchmaking region can often resolve the issue.

Here's how:

  1. Click on the Menu icon located at the top right corner of the game screen
  2. Select "Settings" from the dropdown list
