Website Value Calculator Cubestat
Estimating the value of a website is no easy task for a script because it has to take many factors into consideration, and cannot access the most important factors directly usually which are obviously the website traffic and revenue.
The script can pull data from third party information like Alexa, Compete and Quantcast, but those are not as accurate as real figures from the site itself.
This means any result or value that services like Cubestat compute have to be taken with a grain of salt. Still, there are relatively good website value calculators out there but also those that are way off, and Cubestat is one of the good ones in that regard.
The process is fairly simple for the webmaster who wants to calculate the value of a website, or the user who wants to know about the value of his favorite place on the Internet. Only the url of the website in question has to be entered, the rest is computed in the background by the Cubestat script.
Computation takes roughly 30 seconds. It depends if the website is already in the cache. If it is the results are displayed faster.
Cubestat shows three website traffic graphs taken from Alexa, Compete and Quantcast, the meta info of the website and index data. Meta Info is the page title, the keywords and description.
The Index Data category is more interesting one. It displays the number of backlinks in Google, Bing and Yahoo, if the site is listed in DMOZ, the name of the owner and where the site and domain are hosted. All of that is factual data that is pulled from various services throughout the Internet.
Cubestat takes all these information into account and computes the website worth, the daily pageviews and the daily ad revenue of a website. I checked a few websites and it is definitely more accurate than most other services that I have used in the past. It is not dead on but the error margin is lower usually.
No serious website buyer would rely solely on tools like Cubestat especially if the price is a five-digit plus value but it can give a good indication without having to research all the figures personally.
Hey I think cubestat is not giving accurate result from past few days it will show every thing 0. so I found other one – http://www.stakepower.com

its hard but very important subject. cause if you can keep up website worths so can get easy adversitement and earn money form web.!!
I don’t imagine there’s any way of telling which of the many valuations sites has got it ‘right’ – in some cases the difference in their valuation of the same site is enormous. But some, such as AboutUs.org do give very useful additional information.
wao great, thank you very much for sharing
cubestatis is one of the most powerfull web site calculator page..

Hello Guys,
I want to introduce my site here: http://www.websitevalueonline.com
Check your site website value online here :)
Thanks
I would like to suggest you my favorite tools – http://www.Surcentro.com is a web site statistics and web analytics service.
Here you can find the amount of visitors, pagerank, indexed pages, view Alexa and Compete graphs and other additional information about every single page on the web.
Even though there are many websites online who are estimating a website value but at the point when some one wanted to sell a website, the price differs a lot….
we can learn many things from here .. thank you for your share
nice information for value calculation of websites, good job
http://www.peekstats.com has something like this.
Hi Guys, there is another website worth valuator out there called Web Worth – Web Worth can estimate a web sites worth or value, daily ads revenue, daily page views, back links and directory listing – http://www.webworth.info/ looks like the figures are from traffic stats.
Where can you get the finest web calculator script for free?)
Most realistic for me is http://www.realwebsiteworth.com
Another useful estimator for the value of each website is http://www.estimix.com . The estimation provided is the result of a complex analysis based on factors like: the age of the website, the demographic structure of the traffic, the countries where the website is popular and sources of the traffic. It provides trusted information, helpful for an objective human analysis.
This is the best one of them too and has servers cost, amount of servers and other calculator:
http://websiteshadow.com
I used this tool but it is result is not 10% correct.
This is the best one which I have found
http://www.estimatewebsitevalue.com
this is one of the best so far:
http://www.stimator.com
Hy,
Try also http://mydnstats.com
according to it, ghacks.net has 152,519 monthly visitors and it’s worth $39,730.00
A bit less than cubestat :)
Yeah, I found http://www.websitefact.com to be good too!
You should also consider websitefact.com ; they provide a nice summary of the website performance. I find their WF rank being more accurate than Alexa.
How do you do it?
Yeah, the numbers are rarely true. You cannot trust a script in this situation.
We all try to go automatic, but the best results in analysis is human-made.
Cute price numbers but I highly doubt they mean anything at all. :)
But quick glance over useful info like number of backlinks is nice.
