The google video service is still in beta stage and offers its service only to some countries like the USA. If you are living in a European country like Germany for instance you will see a prompt telling you that the playback feature is not available for that country. There is a smart easy trick that lets you view the videos although you come from a country that is not allowed to view them.
Googles own translate service helps us view the movie. You simply append the url of the video to this string http://translate.google.com/translate?u=
To watch the video http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-4668278624367539151 you would open the url:
http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-4668278624367539151
