GigaTweaker is a free program for Windows 7 and Vista that provides you with an assortment of tweaks to customize the operating system.
Many users run a software like GigaTweaker right after installation of the operating system to apply a number of tweaks at once that would otherwise take longer to apply. Some might also use it after searching for a solution for a specific annoyance or problem that they have encountered while working with the operating system of their choice.
GigaTweaker is a Windows 7 tweaking software meaning it has been specifically designed for that Microsoft OS. It works with both the 32-bit and 64-bit edition of Windows 7, and with Windows Vista on top of that.
Update: Please note that it is not compatible with newer versions of Windows such as Windows 10. We suggest you use something like Ultimate Windows Tweaker instead if you run newer versions of windows.
The tweaking software needs to be installed but can be used as a portable software program afterwards. Best practice for this case is to install, copy the content to another folder and uninstall it using a thorough uninstaller like Revo Uninstaller to clear all traces of the program from the system.
The interface of GigaTweaker offers access to the five main tweaking categories Administration, Display, Customization, Communication and Maintenance which all contain various subcategories like Security, Restrictions, Memory Management or Visual Effects.
Selecting a category on the left displays its tweaks on the right, often in a tabbed interface which means that you need to click on tabs to go through all of the tweaks that it makes available.
Most tweaks that can be applied are either self-explanatory (Disable Control Panel or Remove the shortcut arrow) or contain a short explanation what the tweak is all about.
GigaTweaker indicates to the user if a system restart is needed to apply some of the tweaks that have been made.
There are well over one hundred tweaks available. GigaTweaker prompts you to create a system restore point on startup. Cautious users should create one to be able to return to the previous system state if something goes wrong when tweaks are applied. You may also create a backup manually using another program if you prefer that.
GigaTweaker is a portable software program for the Windows 7 operating system. It can apply lots of tweaks to devices running Windows 7 that would take longer (and knowledge) to apply manually.
The program is available for download at the developer's website.

I like this kind of software is very handy.
I followed your instructions carefully, and installed the program and afterwards copied the folder else where and then tried to uninstall with Revo, but Revo does not list,
GIGA Tweaker. So I am unable to uninstall with Revo.
Have you scanned your Registry for entries of the program? Maybe the setup is simply used to unpack the program and add a start menu entry?

It is not portable. Every time you start GIGATweaker it writes registry…
Hope for portable version …

The developer claims it is portable on the website. Not sure if there is another version available that is portable.
