Vista4Experts is a Microsoft Windows Vista tweaker that is aimed at expert users who can live without most of the functions that have been introduced in Vista. It currently features 21 settings that can either be enabled or disabled with a double-click.
It lets you disable UAC, the User Account Control, the daily scans of Windows Defender, the Security Center Notifications, the Windows Vista sidebar and several other settings and features that are more of a nuisance than a help for expert users.
What I like about Vista4Experts is that every option is accessible in the main window and can quickly be enabled or disabled. Every option has a short explanation next to it which should be sufficient for experienced users. You can quickly perform a search on the Internet if you are unsure about an option.

Every change can be reverted without difficulties in the program as well. The author puts it that way:
I realize, of course, that many fixes in Vista4Experts lower Windows Vista’s default security, but that’s the difference between users who feel enough confident to decide what’s best for their system and users who don’t. Many of Windows Vista’s security features are extremely annoying to many developers and other IT experts.
