Placing gadgets on my desktop does not make lots of sense for me. Take a look at the available Gadgets at the Windows Live Gallery and you will probably understand why I feel that way. Why should I place another clock on the desktop, why a link to online radio or a game ? I actually use the windows sidebar, and I like it. I use the Microsoft weather gadget because I live in Texas and the weather is always changing, the multi meter to keep tabs on processor usage and memory, and the clock because I’m old and don’t see too well and I drink too much sometimes! ;)
