It seems that I&#8217;m doing nothing else than to update my blog with the latest version of WordPress. While not all updates are required some are important to apply as soon as they are released to close security vulnerabilities that could lead to a compromised blog if a hacker detects that your blog is not running the latest version.</p><p><a
href="http://wordpress.org/">WordPress 2.2.2</a> is one of those updates that should be applied as soon as possible to make sure that your blog does not get compromised. Several of the <a
href="http://core.trac.wordpress.org/query?status=closed&amp;milestone=2.2.2">vulnerabilities</a> are those that have been mentioned earlier by the guy who created the first WordPress worm who fixed those vulnerabilities.
