Deleted websites is probably not the right catchy phrase that I should use. What I mean is that it happens sometimes that you find a search result in Google or follow a link from another website only to find out that nothing is found. Sometimes the information that has been could be essential. Fortunately for us there is a way to display the contents for most “The Page cannot be displayed” websites.

Add any Search Box to Firefox Search
Firefox has several search engines build in which the user can use to search the web. Those are the big search engines with an option to add several more when following a link to the Firefox homepage. The Open Search Fox plugin for Firefox makes it even easier to add search engines, or search boxes, on almost any website to Firefox.

Add specialized Search Engines to Firefox
Mozilla Firefox comes preinstalled with seven search engines which are Google, Yahoo, Amazon, Answers, Creative Commons, Ebay and Furl. Those are probably not the best selections, most probably missed that there are more search engines than Google preinstalled. Adding new search engines that might prove more useful can be easily added by going to the mozilla search engine page.
