It does contain information about Rapidshare though, feel free to add your comments. As you all know Rapidshare is displaying the correct language for the user who is navigating to the website. I’m not sure which method they use but it is definitely not an IP check. So it’s either the browser’s language or the language of the operating system.

Let me give you a short introduction to explain the basic concept of Rapidshare in English. Rapidshare is a file hoster which every user in the world can use to upload files with a maximum file size of 200 Megabytes. A link is generated after the download that can be given to friends or posted on websites.

Everyone can download files with a size of up to 200 Megabytes but only Premium users, those who paid for a Rapidshare account, can upload and download files with a size greater than 200 Megabytes. The download speed for anonymous users is limited which has caused some controversy lately.
