Its called Privacy Browse, a freeware tool that uses those free proxy sites to surf the web. <a
href="http://www.ghacks.net/files/privacy.rar">Download privacy browse from ghacks.net</a>, unrar it to a location of your choice and run it by double-clicking on Privacy.exe.</p><p>Its fast and easy to use.  Click on load webproxies to load a preconfigured list of web proxies. You also have the option to use translate proxies and Phproxy proxies. Load one of the three lists, add an url, click on Surf Firefox / Opera / IE anon to surf the site using the proxy.</p><p><span
