Its fast and easy to use. Click on load webproxies to load a preconfigured list of web proxies. You also have the option to use translate proxies and Phproxy proxies. Load one of the three lists, add an url, click on Surf Firefox / Opera / IE anon to surf the site using the proxy.

Privacy Browse allows you to add and remove proxies with ease by simply editing the corresponding text file. Please note that you will have to run the registry file option.reg to use the tool with firefox or opera.
