A great way to see some of the new features in Firefox 3 is the great four minute screencast by Mozilla developer Mike Beltzner who is showing and explaining some of the Firefox 3 features in it.

What I like about the presentation is the concentration on the benefits. He is not only showing the new features but adding everyday value to them explaining how they enhance the web experience and make life easier for everyone.

The screencast is not a full feature showdown which would probably be impossible to do in four minutes anyway. He is concentrating on the new location bar, also called the awesome bar, malware protection, download manager, new bookmark management and site information.

<span
