Update: The developers have turned HTML Kit into a commercial application. The latest freeware version is still offered for download on the developer website. Keep in mind though that it has not been updated for a while, and that it may not recognize new technologies or features that have been introduced after development has been stopped.

The full version of the program retails on the developer site for $59 currently. It is called HTML-Kit tools now.
