There is however a fan that I found at Think Geek which connects Art and Fan into a LED Art Fan.

The LED Art Fan has 42 Leds build into the Fan which can hold up to 128 frames with a maximum capacity of 5 Megabyte. It is for instance possible to use animated gifs that will be shown during rotation or create your own animations or still images. This is great for publicity as well, can’t think of something cooler than such a fan that is displaying a company logo during a fare.

The fans are handcrafted which might explain the price of roughly $390 for one. Take a look at the Youtube video below to get a better impression of how it looks like.
