Almost two months have passed since the creation of my game website Take 9. A site that I love to write for because I only review games that I like to play. The games are free as well which probably makes it an interesting website for you as well if you have a similar “game [...]

Game Tuesday
Each Tuesday is game tuesday here at Ghacks and I list the most interesting games that I discovered throughout the week at my games blog Take9. I cover everything that I like which most likely means that it won’t attract a huge audience in the near future. So what you get is a good mixture [...]

Windows Vista Game Explorer Editor
I like the Windows Vista Games menu that display a list of installed games on your system, games that Windows Vista recognizes as games that is. Boxart is displayed for some games while only the icon is displayed for others which somewhat makes the menu look ugly and out of shape. The difference between supported and unsupported games is visible and it would be much nicer if there would be an standard display for all entries.

Weekend Fun Treasure of the Cutlass Reef
I wrote about some real heavyweights the last Fridays which is why I would like to write about a pretty interesting flash game today. Treasure of the Cutlass Reef is a game that reminded me a little bit of the oldschool Pirates on the C-64 back in the time when wonderful games would fit on a disk that had storage capacities of less than one Megabyte.

Set Global Shortcuts for your Music Player
I was looking for a way to turn on and off Internet Radio while in applications that were running in fullscreen. I think I mentioned that I’m playing Team Fortress 2 at the moment with a few Buddies of mine. We use Teamspeak to communicate while playing. It happens that I’m the only one in Teamspeak which is why I start Internet Radio and leave it running in the background while playing alone.
