The software program ships with a few example flash games that can be used to check the program’s functionality but it requires that the user knows how to download flash games from various web games portals.

While that is not that difficulty it could be a problem for inexperienced users. Flash games can usually be found in the browser’s Internet cache. There are also many programs and browser plugins that can download them right away.

Once the flash games are stored on the computer system’s hard drive they can be added to FlashOffliner. A click on Create New FlashOffliner Package opens a windows that might confuse some users at the beginning.

The whole process of adding web games to FlashOffliner can be broken down into two steps. The user picks a swf files in step one from his hard drive that he wants to add and selects a destination for that file in the second step. It is a good idea to store all web games in the same folder to be able to keep an overview of the games.

Once a web game has been converted into the FlashOffliner format it has to be added to the application. This is done by clicking on the Install FlashOffliner Package link. The user simply has to pick the file that he just converted from his hard drive.

Every game that has been added this way can then be started from the system tray. One interesting feature is the option to set the game size. Available sizes range from 400×300 to fullscreen.

The advantage of using FlashOffliner over executing the flash games separately is twofold. The application provides easier access to the games from the Windows system tray. It also offers the option to set the window size of the web game.

Save Flash Games on your hard drive

Entertainment

Games

Hacking

flash games

hacks

internet tips
<guid

It happens that websites that offer flash games are not available at the time that you want to play the game which is why I would like to explain how you can easily save flash games on your hard drive to play them without an Internet connection.

Visit a website that displays a flash game on its website. Right-click a free area of that page and select View Page Source from the right-click menu. You could alternatively click on View > Page Source in Firefox. Internet Explorer uses right-click and select View Source while Opera users right-click and select Source.

Search that source for a url that ends with the swf file extension (search for the term .swf). This is the location of the flash game on the server. Copy that address and paste it into the browser window again. The flash game should load just fine. Go to File > Save Page As in Firefox and the flash game should be saved on your hard drive.

Drop the file into your favorite browser to play the game. To make it easier you could assign a software to swf files which would have the result that you only need to double-click the flash games to start them. To do that right-click the file and select properties from the menu.

Now click on the change button and select your main browser as the program to open swf files with. I have created a small video that explains the whole process.

<object

The Casual Collective is run by game programmers who publish their games exclusively on the website which means that this is the only way that you can officially play the games.

Currently four games are available, three multiplayer games and one single player game. If you are a gamer you probably know the Flash Element Tower Defense game which is the single player game on the website. I have not heard of the other games and find it interesting to see that they are all multiplayer games.

One is a Tower Defense game were two players compete against the creeps which surely sounds fun. The other one is a two player strategy game called Desktop Armada and the last one a strategic game called Buggle.

<span

If you like flash games this website is a must have.

I have an unlimited number of invites, if you would like one write a comment and I will send it out to you. I do not need any information other than your email address which you can add when filling out a comment.

Read More:

<a

Treasure of the Cutlass Reef is a game that reminded me a little bit of the oldschool Pirates on the C-64 back in the time when wonderful games would fit on a disk that had storage capacities of less than one Megabyte.

The basic task of the player is to reach the Treasure of the Cutlass Reef by beating enemy Pirates and their Armadas that try to stop him from reaching the Treasure. What makes this game stick out is the fact that you can upgrade your ship after each victory. This requires some basic strategic thinking: Do I add more Pirates, more cannons or want a faster ship ?

The battles are much like those if Pirates on the C-64. Your ship starts at the bottom of the screen and enemy ships appear at the top. Unlike Pirates however the screen does not scroll at all and your ship can’t reach the top of the screen. This is probably the only aspect of the game that is not that well done.

Graphics are well done and the effects are nice as well. The game becomes extremely difficulty at the end because a lot of enemy ships enter the battle at the same time all with more men and cannons than your ship.

It is possible to save the game after each battle which do not last longer than 5-10 minutes each.

Play:

<a

I can only talk about the medium mode that I tried today which I passed at first try and the challenge mode to beat 100 levels which is tough as always. It is also not working on every site that offers flash games, just try it out and if the new high score is not submitted you have come to a website with additional protection. You do need the firefox extension tamper data which can be downloaded and installed from the mozilla website.

Tamper Data is able to intercept data that is submitted on websites and alter it. Visit your favorite flash games website and start playing a game. The game does not necessarily need a submit button, if it has none click on start tamper before you die, if it has a submit button click on start temper after you die.

Tamper Data should intercept the request and display all the elements that are submitted by the flash game. Look for a element that resembles the score and change the value of that score. Submit the altered data and the new altered value should be seen in the high score of the website.

source: <a

While challenging him you select which of your armies attack an opposing army. Certain unit types are stronger if they fight against other unit types, for example a flying unit has an advantage in battle against infantery and cavalery units but is weak against ranged and magic units. It´s advisable to have a balanced army to be able to attack certain troop types.

<span

I found a game made in flash that I loved to play on my Super Nintendo way back. Its called Street Fighter 2.

You take control of a fighter that you chose out of ten at the moment, two slots are black, it could be that you have to beat the game to make them available, I have not come that far. It´s a 2-D old school fighting game, you are on the left side, your opponent on the right and you try to beat him before he manages to beat you.

If you manage to beat him you confront the next opponent aso. Great game, superb graphics and animations for a flash game.

Update: The original web hosting site the game was hosted on is no longer available. I have discovered another version of the game, called Street Fighter II Champion Edition which lets you play the game online as well.

The game stays true to its origin, graphics and music are superb, as is the game play. You basically select a Street Fighter character that you want to play. Available for selection are the following characters: Ryu, Ken, Honda, Chun-li, Blanka, Guile, Zangief, Dhalsim, Balrog, Vega, Sagat and M.Bison.

The game is difficulty to play with the keyboard, considering that you have to use six keys for various punches and kicks, plus the cursor keys for moving the character around on the screen.

The game features some of the special moves which even add to the complexity of the title. You can click on the question mark in the top right to see a list of available combos.

Keys can be changed which may be helpful if you are left-handed or prefer a different key layout.

Head over to Kongregate to start playing.

Fun Game Sonic

Games

flash games

sonic
<guid

The game is an addictive jump and run type of game where you steer Rick, who has some similarities with Indiana Jones, through a temple. Its small and fun, look for yourself. Oh, it needs flash to run.

Pay attention to the loading screen as it will tell you how to control the little men that looks somewhat like a cartoon copy of Indiana Jones.

You use the cursor keys to move left and right, jump and duck. These are the most important controls. When you hold down the CTRL key the keys get different functionality. You shoot your gun with the up key now, drop a bomb with the down key, and swing a stick left or right with the same keys. Those are all the controls you need in the game, and there are no options available to change them.

Please note that this is one of those hardcore classic games that is very hard to play. You die instantly for instance if an enemy touches you. There are also traps everywhere which will kill you instantly as well. This game is evil, believe me. You sometimes cannot see whats underneath your current position. More often than not, you fall right into a spike trap or something like that that will kill you instantly.

Here is a video walkthrough of the game on the original Amiga system. Please note that this is a speedrun, the objective of the game here is to beat it in as little time as possible.

<iframe
