The product key might come in handy if you need to reinstall the operating system and can't find the original product key or if you want to check the product key in case you are running more than one computer with Windows Vista and  don't know which computer is using which product key.]]></description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>WinGuggle is a small application for Microsoft Windows Vista that can display the Windows Vista product key and the OEM information of the current installation. The product key might come in handy if you need to reinstall the operating system and can&#8217;t find the original product key or if you want to check the product key in case you are running more than one computer with Windows Vista and  don&#8217;t know which computer is using which product key.</p><p>Besides displying the product key WinGuggle can also display the OEM information and the OEM logo and edit the performance rating of the current computer. The OEM information and the logo can be edited as well.</p><p>WinGuggle does not need to be installed, just download and unzip the file to your computer and run it from the location that you unzipped it to.</p><p><span

They probably don&#8217;t know what they are doing which is not an excuse but a possible explanation for what they are doing. The Belarc Advisor is a free system scanner that generates a detailed profile of installed applications and missing hotfixes and displays the findings on a website.</p><p>Some users had the clever idea to post the complete profile into forums to find some help with a problem they encountered. The problem with this is that the profile also contains the Windows product key which is used to validate the operating system. All that needs to be done is to perform a search on Google with the line <em>&#8220;Belarc Advisor Current Profile&#8221; &#8220;key:&#8221;</em> which will list many pages that contain such profiles. Some user blacked out the product key will others simply did not know better than to leave everything as it was.</p><p><span
