A software that is able to do all of this and much more is <a
href="http://mpesch3.de1.cc/mp3dc.html#dwn">Mp3 Direct Cut</a>. It is also possible to alter the volume of the mp3 file.</p><p>What I like about MP3 Direct Cut is the ease of use. Cutting mp3 files for instance can be done with a few clicks only and all other options and functions are available that easily as well.
