But it´s not only  registry cleaner, it´s also able to find and delete duplicate files, delete temporary folders and no longer needed backups.

You still should know what you are deleting when using the software, it has a colored indicator that might help you in your decision. And, you always have the undo function which lets you undo selected changes.
