Those that display all kinds of fancy colored graphs to show you the folders that use the most space on your hard drive and those that contain the largest amount of files.

Disksum does not compete with them. It’s an ultra efficient tool that displays the biggest and largest folders on the command line. All you need to do is put it into the root folder that you want to analyze and run it.

It scans the folder and displays the values of every subfolder directly in the command line.

The output begins with the sizes of each folder and a second part that is displaying the very same folders sorted by file count and total size. Could come in handy in a few situations. The app is portable.
