I’m normally not a fan of putting images of people I know on the Internet but I made an exception for the Elf Yourself website. The pictures are still private and not viewable by anyone who does not know the correct link to the set that you have created. But let me start with a short explanation of what Elf Yourself is all about.

My four year old nephew likes to play jigsaw puzzles and I also began teaching him computer basics. He already knows how to move the mouse, click and drag objects and install Linux on a computer. (just kidding about the last one). He does very well and I thought it would be nice to play some jigsaw puzzles with him on the computer so that he would get used to mouse movement and ways of interacting with the screen and game.

I’m one of those who always wants to find the perfect gift for people that I care about which usually takes some time to think about. My usual approach is that I listen carefully and make mental notes whenever I hear something, a desire or wish, that makes the perfect gift.

Christmas is only seven days away and it becomes harder to find presents for your loved ones that do arrive in time and are personal at the same time. Sure, you could hop into the next store on Saturday and make a quick purchase just to have something but that’s not how it should be. Money is also playing a role here - a limited budget does not make it easier to find something special.
