We released our new tool Google File Search yesterday and today we bring you a series of tutorials on how to handle the tool and its functions. Opera users make again sure to rename the .rpm file to .rar after downloading it.
After downloading the tool you simply use a unzipper like winrar to unpack it into a directory of your choice. After
If a search result looks interesting you simply click on it again in the white window and your preferred browser should open the page. There you can download the file.
To perform a new search simply follow the way up to this point.
The program lets you define your own searches, simply put a search into the search field and click on Start to perform the search and look at the results. If you want you can save your search using the Add String Button and afterwards the Save “Share.txt” one.
The decoder is a special bonus in our software, it´s working only with rapidshare.de atm. If you want to download a file @ rapidshare you have the option to download it for free but have to wait a certain amount of time before the download starts. The decoder helps you to bypass this time and download the file directly.
Here is what you will have to do to make it work:
1. Disable Javascript in your browser
2. Select a file to download, a message appears: ERROR: Please enable JavaScript.
3. View the source of the page
4. Look for this part .innerHTML = unescape(‘ followed by hex url code
5. Copy it to the decode part of the program and decode the url (From Hex)
6. Then just paste the decode url into the browser this will bypass the time restriction and also handy for multi part files
2.The second tab in our program is named File Search which allows you to specifically search for certain file types from the site listing.
To perform a search you simply enter a file name you would like to search for and select an extension afterwards. Then you select a site from the list by left clicking on its line once and the program will search that site automatically for the mentioned filename+extension.
If a result looks interesting you click on it and it opens in a new browser window of your default webbrowser, if you are not satisfied you can select a different site, a different name or a different filetype to get new results.
You can also add filetypes to the list by simply deleting the * and adding a extension. After that you chose to add ext to list and save ext to save the list.
You can also add new sites that should be searched by adding a new site after the site: line, chosing Add Site to add it to the list and Save Sites to save the new list.
3.The Third tab is called Other Files and is basically a exploit search using the google cache and Johnnys database.
You simply click on one of the already added searches and the program displays googles cache results for the search string. Its of course not sufficient to find a site that has probably a security problem, you also need to know what to do next.
Therefor you should visits Johnnys site and look up the exploit, there is almost always a description what the vulnerability is about and how to use it.
You can load and save custom lists, add new exploits to it and lastly remove exploits from the list.
4.The fourth tab is the working links tab.
This tab saves your search results, if you find a good link you like you can save it in the working link tab to open it at a later time for example.
You can load a list (maybe exchange lists with your friends, no need to search this way), Save the list, remove dead links from the list and add new ones to it.
To open a link you click on it and a new browser window should appear
5. The Movies tab is the fifth tab of our program.
This is our movie search central, we added heaps of movie sites to the list, you should be able to find new links for a long time.
As in all our tabs you can add new links, remove them, save the results aso.
To use it you click on the pulldown menu to select a search, the above text field should show the search and process a search automatically.
Kenny implemented a Media Viewer (Open Media Viewer), you can use this one to watch the downloaded movies.
Just play around with the Movies tab to see how powerful the searches are.
6. The final tab is our bonus tab, it was introduced in beta 2.
You can check the url you enter for vulnerabilities, see which other sites link to your site and surf the web anonymously using the three buttons on the right.
To surf anonymously you simply enter a url and press one of the three buttons. A new browser window opens with the selected site.
Try a site where your ip is shown to see if it really works for you.
