You might have noticed the survey banners in the sidebar or below posts. Those banners are from a cpm company that require at least 200 filled out surveys before they make targeted and well paying banner campaigns available for that website.

I do not like filling out surveys myself and I can understand everyone who does not want to fill them out. Yet, I would like to ask for your help in reaching the 200 survey limit (I have 20 currently) so that I get access to the targeted campaigns.

The survey consists of just a few click-through questions that take about a minute to answer. Many of the questions do not have to be answered, for instance about the household income and the survey does not ask for personal information that can be used to identify you.

You might have noticed the bar at the top of my blog, the one that begins with Grand Effect. I was approached some time ago by Sarah if I wanted to be a co-founder of a new blog network called Grand Effect which would start with a few blogs in February. I liked the idea from the beginning and decided to join the blog network.

Grand Effect is mainly used to promote the blogs of the network and will grow over time. It will never be a blog network with hundreds of websites, at least that’s not in the plans that we have with that network. I would not rule it out completely though.

I’m looking for advertisers to place their banners on Ghacks and would like to give everyone the opportunity to earn some money when they refer advertisers to my website that book advertisement. The payout will be half the money for the first month which means it is a minimum amount of $150 and a maximum of $2500 depending on the ad spot sold.

Payments are made after the advertiser has made the payment and will be by PayPal. Other payment options can be discussed privately. Wow what a milestone. My blog finally reached 6000+ RSS readers for the first time which is an awesome milestone for me and verification of the progress of this blog in the last two years. I never thought that I would reach the 6000 users this quickly and I’m thankful for each and every user who is reading my articles in his RSS reader.

One of my goals for 2008 is to reach 10000 RSS readers by years end which would mean a doubling of last years subscriber rate. So, its only 3931 to go until I reach that goal. The numbers go down and up all the time though but a general upward trend is clearly visible.

It took roughly one year to double the RSS readers from 3000 to 6000. Oh, that sharp rise in March 2007 was due to the FeedBurner FeedSmith plugin which routes all RSS feeds through Feedburner. Before that only Feedburner stats were counted.

I like shoes made by Etnies who happen to have a online store where you can create your own shoe. Unfortunately though they only ship to the United States which is why I’m looking for someone who would be so kind to order a pair of custom made shoes for me and send them to my location in Germany afterwards.

I would pay for all expenses of course and add a $20 bonus for the work and time that you are putting into it. I’m also not that sure which shoe looks the best. I did create some and would like to hear your opinion about the shoes, which one shall I take.
