I have to say this is the most ingenious app I have ever seen. Download Nada to feel better, while it does nothing for you too! Nada promises to be light on hard drive usage, light on memory, not weigh you down with unnecessary features, a dream come true.

Nada 0.5 is a 1kb download, upgraded from Nada 0.9. According to the developers they will have Nada 0.0 out by the end of the year, not much more to go then! Take a look at just one of the coolest features, compatibility is at the heart of this piece of software ingenuity:

There are two types of clones of successful website concepts on the web. The first copies the concept and publishes a similar website under a different name, the second copies part of the name and the concept over to another area. Giftube is trying the latter by being the ‘Youtube’ for Gifs, that is small animated graphics.

If you are one of those hanging out on forums and places like Myspace that seem to drown in animated gifs you might want to give Giftube a try to find new graphics to impress, or terrorize, others with. The website offers several categories and ways to sort and display animated gifs.

Four categories (funny, famous, sport and cartoon) wait to be explored. The search is tag based and the usual popular and recent sections make it even easier to spot what is new or popular at the moment.

Clicking on the “Show Adult” button reveals lots of hardcore animated gifs, not sure where someone would want to use those though. All animated gifs can be embedded into websites, as you can see below.

I recently came upon a series of video game reviews called Zero Punctuation over at the Escapist Magazine which could probably described as reviews in a hurry. Yahtzee Croshaw, the guy doing the reviews, was apparently born with the talent to talk pretty fast which he is doing in those reviews that usually last between three to five minutes.

There is also no ingame footage but great drawings that visually explain what Yahtzee is talking about at the moment. I personally think that his reviews are up to the point and really funny to watch and listen to.

I decided to embed a few of his latest reviews, those of Half-life 2 Orange Box, Bioshock and Halo 3. All others can be viewed by following the link at the end of this article.

I know that I’m a bit late with this article but I thought I give it a try anyway. Simpsonize Me is a flash application that was created to promote the new Simpsons movie that was shown in cinemas earlier this year. What it does is that it transforms a closeup picture into a Simpsons character.

All you need is a closeup picture that has at least a size of 640 x 480 and some time to play around with the settings. You select gender, age, color (yellow is the way to go), clothing style and hair to begin the transformation. This is however not the end yet. If the picture is accepted you have the change to alter certain features of the new character.

You can adjust hair length, hairstyle, clothing and accessories to create a Simpson character the way you would like him. To give you a understanding of how the result can look like I took the liberty to transform a picture of myself. Feel free to post pictures that you have made in that thread.

The IT Crowd is one of the best British comedy series ever produced. It’s up to the point, uses nerdy characters that remind me of many of my work colleagues.The IT Crowd is about three guys - actually two guys and their female boss - from the IT appartement and their daily life in the office.

What can you expect from the various episodes ? A death clock episode for instance. You might remember the websites that display the time of your death after you enter some data. Pretty funny if you happen to die tomorrow, ain’t it ? The latest episode (Moss and the German) began with a anti-piracy ad that is - of course - ridiculing all those anti-piracy advertisements that we are forced to see when watching a movie in the local cinema.
