So far I’ve looked at the hardware, which is fantastic, and the custom ExoUI interface. Admittedly this interface is still in beta and it needs work but it’s already accomplished and polished and it will be very interesting to see the deeper integration that’s being promised in the next few months.
For now though I found myself dropping down to Windows 7 itself and I made reference yesterday to how this wasn’t actually as bad as I’d thought. Let me explain why as there are several reasons.

We may also learn about a public beta of Windows 8 in September at the Microsoft Developers event. Windows 7 was launched with a public beta that helped many users gain familiarity with the new OS and introduced a large amount of users to the new features.
