CPALead is an advertising company that offers webmasters a script to place on their website. The script acts as a barrier between public and private contents on the website. Visitors who want to access the content secured by CPALead need to perform an action to do so. This usually means filling out a survey before the secured page becomes available.
CPALead bypass tutorials and tips usually only work for a specific time before the company reacts on their discovery to prevent them from working.
One of the latest -currently- working options is to bypass CPALead surveys by redirecting their traffic to another server. How does it work? The CPALead script running on the website usually connects to a CPALead server for information whether the survey has been filled out successfully by the visitor. If the server returns a true (which means yes in layman terms) then access to the content is granted, if it returns false (which equals no) then no access is granted.
This method basically redirects the requests to a proxy server which will always return true to the website.
Users need to edit their hosts file for this to work. The host file is located in Windows\system32\drivers\etc\ on Windows and /etc/hosts on Linux
The following two entries need to be added to the hosts file
46.4.160.45 cpalead.com
46.4.160.45 www.cpalead.com
This basically tells the operating system to always redirect requests to cpalead.com and www.cpalead.com to the server 46.4.160.45 (which is not the official CPALead website).
The method works fine right now, but it can – and likely will happen – that it will stop working eventually. It can be that the proxy server goes offline or changes IP addresses, or it can be that CPALead once again tweaks their script to block this method of bypassing their service (via Blogsolute)

Very nice….dang these websites anyways….
any site that uses CPALead on their readers doesn’t care about them in the first place and people should stop visiting those sites.
