Microsoft has released a recommended update for its Internet Explorer 9 Beta browser via Windows Update. As you may recall, Internet Explorer 9 Beta is the only IE9 release with a full graphical user interface. The Internet Explorer 9 Previews come without full user interface but are on the other hand updated more regularly.
These updates are not a new beta build, there are rather updates to the existing IE9 Beta. The update includes stability fixes for the Internet Explorer 9 Beta making it a recommended update for all users who have installed the beta browser.
A second update has been released, that fixes a problem with the feedback tool in Internet Explorer 9 Beta if Windows Live Essentials 2011 is installed on a 64-bit edition of Windows.
Windows users with automatic updates enabled will receive the updates automatically without having to take action. Users with automatic updating disabled need to check the updates manually to install them.

The Send Feedback tool in Internet Explorer 9 Beta does not start on a computer that is running a 64-bit version of Windows and that has Windows Live Essentials 2011 installed
This issue occurs because of a change to Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant for Windows Live Essentials 2011. This change requires applications that use Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant to reference the full path of the required DLLs. However, the Send Feedback tool in Internet Explorer 9 Beta does not use the full path of the required DLLs. Therefore, the 32-bit version of the Send Feedback tool tries to load a 64-bit DLL. This behavior causes a failure that is interpreted as Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant not being installed. (via)
What are the next steps in the development of Internet Explorer 9? Microsoft could push out a second beta release to the public. They have already shipped Internet Explorer 9 Beta 2 to a select group of testers. Another option would be to release the Internet Explorer 9 Release Candidate in the near future, which would mark another important step in the development of the browser.
Whatever it will be, you can be sure that we keep you updated on the development of the Internet browser.
