That’s good for people that have access to the settings in their browser and are allowed to install addons. But people that are using public, office or school computers have to use http://www.pagereboot.com/ They have a bookmarklet that you can click on for that.

Opera user can do it by right clicking on any page and select the timing from the menu option Reload Every >

Use Opera with it’s builtin autoload feature!
Rightclick in page You want to reload, choose interval, done. :)
