Another bonus is their 24x7 cover is genuine so european users like me get good support out of typical US working hours

I have to concur with Martin that Wiredtree are the best host I’ve had. the support is excellent and I really like the fact that they do meet their SLA and address most problems before I even spot them – gone are the days of me staying up all night!

Another bonus is their 24×7 cover is genuine so european users like me get good support out of typical US working hours

By: Ashraf

<guid

What attracted me the most to WiredTree is the fact that they offer full management and DDoS protection; and from what I read, WiredTree have one of the best support out there - a key aspect when deciding what host to go with - and have great reliability.
Eventually though I put together the numbers and came to the conclusion I couldn't afford WiredTree and would get a more powerful server with more bandwidth at a cheaper price from VolumeDrive, who thankfully have provided excellent service so far with just few minor hiccups.
Glad to see you are enjoying WiredTree though. I will be sure to consider them again if things with VD go south.

I was considering WiredTree when I decided to move dotTech to a dedicated server.
