So this is what you have to do: Go not on the harddrive but on the folder that is used as a master folder for downloading torrents, and givi him permission to the "everyone" user to have full acces and giving him all the permisions. Solution:...try to download files using different drives or folder...it should work if it is the case....copy all the data from the folder which is hacked and then delete that folder...conclusion is " download in a new folder and see ...it should work....
