MySpace is without doubt one of the most popular social networking websites on the Internet even though some say it has been in decline ever since Facebook took off. If your MySpace account has been hacked, or if you can’t sign in anymore and do not have access to the email you signed up with, then you need to fill a declaration of ownership form. You basically need to fill out many personal information in the form, including the date of birth, zip code or last known email address used in the account, as well as the reason why the email associated with the MySpace account can’t be accessed anymore.
The form is no guarantee that you will get access to the account. From what we could gather, MySpace will check the claims made before a final decision is made. If things look fishy, you may not get the account back.
