I downloaded and installed this originally.

There have been at least two updates since then. I downloaded each and installed them (now at v 5.2.1). But the program DID NOT maintain the free license. Now it is prompting me for a license code or to purchase.

I don’t think there was a license code with the original versio9n. Perhaps there was a special way to upgrade that would have maintained the license? Anyone know?

What I am using is another popular DVD Ripper program: Pavtube DVD Ripper. I use it to help me convert my favorite DVD movies to MP4 for my iPod.
I prefer the program as its after-sale service is good. Last week, I encountered a problem and sent it to them, they replied and solved my problem on time.

So I think when choosing an appropriate program for ourselves, we should consider not only its quality, functions, but also its after-sale service.
