Hmm, using IMAP folders sounds like a nice idea too because then you needn’t backup anything in case you’re reinstalling Opera / OS. Though, I don’t think I’ll be testing that anytime soon since my mailbox provider doesn’t support imap afaik…

And yeah.. the search tool rocks.

I’ve been using M2 for a long time but never got to filters. :) In POP3 times I hadn’t use mail that much.

Now with gmail+imap it fits my taste more to set up filters in gmail to assign tags that show up in M2 as IMAP folders.

And of course mail search in M2 is awesome. :)

The M2(not sure its still called that) client and its auto-index is just too priceless to leave.

It used to be very buggy back in the days, but using it with google + imap these days is simply simply delicious.

I rarely do email sorting, but to do keyword search without that prestep of indexing yourself is a dot mazing…….
