It’s focus is primarily on taking screenshots automatically and saving, e-mailing, and uploading them to the internet (FTP, ImageShack) but it supports hotkeys as well, so it doesn’t necessarily have to be automatic if you don’t want.

You can also have it “extract” sections from each monitor, too, which I find to come in handy.
