		<description>Very nice trick. Most software is sane enough to allow save file under any name, but some (especially parts of Windows) are extremely stubborn about that.

Similar good trick for opening any file when there is no &quot;All files&quot; option is typing *.* for file name and clicking Open. Will override filter and show all files in folder.</description>
