I have found that this script dosen't even work! Greasemonkey scripts can not change about:config settings in any way, except for the greasemonkey specific ones. The network.http.max-connections to 500 is overkill but unlikely to have any negative effects. I went through the rest of the settings (I did NOT review the ad removal or site specific stuff) and they are harmless to helpful. One strange one is: Network.http.pipelining.maxrequests He sets this to 500. According to Mozilla max setting is 8.
