This sotware installed a piece of software - tcivport? - and I am looking into what that did. I would not recommend this

doesn’t work on Acer AO722 – in fact it increased the fan and even after uninstalling (with Revo) the fan still runs. Acer 5120 fan cycles on and off. Drives me nutty too. Seems to happen when I have internet explorer on. Does not cycle when using safari,
Comments of crashes above worry me. What else is there?

Have not tried it yet. But is what I need.

Acer 5120 fan cycles on and off. Do you think you could find something that works with an Acer Extensa 4620? I'll try this out when I get home, but I don't know if it will work.

Nice find.
