FSAutoStart is not updated any more and hasn't been for a long time but it works for XP. Anyway, every process has a checkbox, so if you know what you aren't using already I think you can uncheck it so it won't touch that process. Just download it and see it for yourself. The list which is generated is automatic but you then have to select what is actually disabled. You can batch select all and then remove individual items (this is the easiest I think).
