Many things that you bring up on this site are worth having in a offline available format. Much better than us having to go through "save as X" and ending up with a jumble after the internal links don't like ending up on our hard drives and accessing effectively nothing. If you were using this as a test case, then please, please continue. Possibly putting out a monthly "roll-up" pdf with a table of contents pulled from the article titles would be a possibility as you may feel justifiably daunted by doing a per issue/idea basis as many of the topics are multidisciplinary.
