But when people say that French are too little enthusiast of foreign languages, I'd say: have a look at German websites and software, they are much more faithful to their language than French are, moreover considering that Germans as a whole speak English better than French do :) ... and I think that, providing translation is available, they are right! I know French software (mainly freeware) which has been published in English as native language! Not to say, German software is often of great quality.
