Just Use this link or else replace the last part wlsetup-all.exe instead of wlsetup-web.exe that’s it..

or simply use the this..

An even better way is to google for ‘direct links to windows live suite’
You can download the individual components of the suite.
Personally I’m waiting for the suite to come of beta stage
