I have not had a cig in 10 years. The most severe aspect about kicking the habit in considered the very first month or so. Fortunetly this these effects went away quickly and stuff got better everyday on account of the e cig. Do not stop. Please be strong and you should be able to succeed once and for all.

Check out http://cli.gs , it’s a much superior URL shortening service that’s much shorter, provides custom URLs, 301 redirects, and has a slew of analytics from twitter, delicious, and friendfeed tracking to referrers and geolocation clicks.
