Be careful. I used DriverGenie recently and updated several out-of-date drivers. Updating slowed my machine to a crawl and reduced my broadband speed.

Make sure you have a FULL backup of your PC - including data and drivers - before using one of these tools.

you know Pootle, you can roll back drivers in xp, making these tools fairly safe.

i’ve used Driver Genius numerous times on several machines with no ill effects…

Pootle says:

Yes, I did that. But I was very surprised that Driver Genius made my PC *worse*.

I have just tried RadarSync, and it recommends updating my SoundBlaster Creative drivers even though I don’t use them, I replaced them with kx drivers.

Just to repeat - BE CAREFUL. I would recommend updating drivers one at a time and checking the impact on your system over a few hours before installing the next one.

I tried this one too, but on notebooks like Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro V3515 it says i have a lot of out-of-date drivers even if all my drivers are updated, kinda weird though :O !!
