But it doesn't get updated anymore, and doesn't work since Opera 9.5. I used to backup my profiles manually before (in %appdata%/Opera/Opera/profile). This tool from Tamil could be handy. Opera Link is nice, but sometimes it messed up when I tried to sync it with multiple computers. There’s a similar program called Opera Fly, and it can be used to backup almost everything in Opera, including Mail. But it doesn’t get updated anymore, and doesn’t work since Opera 9.5.

Safer than backing up to same directory as well. :) Tool probably serves some specific purpose for its developer but I don't really see it as useful.
