It’s the basis for upcoming updates. I thought I made it clear that it should only be used on test systems. No end user should install this right now.

This isn’t for Vista users this is for testers that would like to try it out its not recommended for regular users unless you really want to this is for anyone that is interested and as of right now its the same as SP1 no notable changes yet

Martin, why would Vista users want to install a service pack that performs unknown functions and is still in the testing stages, which implies instability. Serious question, not a troll.
