		<description>Useful at first glance but for power users (and who else is going to worry about constantly running apps?) it is probably too heavy.

It would take only few lines of code to make such in some scripting language (like AutoIt, AutoHotkey, etc) and it is going to be more flexible with tiny memory footprint.</description>
