Hi Martin,
Would you be interested in taking a look at a freeware tool for both free remote support and online meetings?
Mikogo is a free screen sharing tool that allows you to share your screen in real time with up to 10 participants. Very easy to use and get started. No configurations, no changes to network or firewall settings, no need to think about IPs, etc. Ideal for Web presentations, remote support, meetings and group collaboration.
We're working on the next version at the moment which will include even further features. Feel free to check out our website, http://www.mikogo.com and let me know if you would like to learn more about Mikogo. I would be happy to provide a live demo as well.

Cheers,

Andrew

I used to use Teamviewer but then I found out about ShowMyPC, www.showmypc.com. Personally, I like it much better. Anyway, just my 2 cents.

This is great for end users. I have been receiving remote support with this freebie that doesn't require instalation or any difficult setting to bypass firewall protection, and I must say it has been flawless for me. Recommended.
