try dialog mate.

for each open window, it adds 3 options, when (right clicking it)
1. Minimize window to floating icon
2. Minimize window to system tray
3. Make window on top

uhh, I use trayit all the time, and it is using 500KB of ram atm.

if trayiconizer uses half that – kudos, albeit at this point it hardly matters.
