One I've been using for years is CLCL, which does more or less the same as Clipomatic, except it can handle any clipboard formats & has a pretty decent history view as well as a template function for saving permanent clips.
Hasn't been updated since 2005 but no problem for me as I've never found another that functions exactly how I'd like a clipboard utility to function.

I like exactly the way clipboard works. It's simple and effective.

My opinion on clipboard enhancers - they try to fix what isn't broken. :)

It would be great if you could just store multible clips to clipboard cache and have a dropdown menu appear containing those clippings when rightclick -> paste is chosen. Anyone know if there is such a application for windows already?

i use a strikingly similar tool called Clipx. it features a wonderful color picker plugin, customizable hotkeys, and can even display images that are on the clipboard in the pop-up paste menu.

That must be right after Bill Gates saying that 640 K of computer memory should be enough for everyone. It could be irony though ;)
