The thing is, there is a *huge* gap between casual users and mid-power users like us. Casual users just use the Internet for MySpace, e-mail, Yahoo! Messenger and occasionally Google for school assgignments.

IMHO “How to add Picture to MySpace” is too basics even for them, but the MySpace title itself is good SEO. May the casual users find gHacks and start to appreciate the technology more than MySpace.

One basics post every once in a while doesn’t hurt. Keep up the good work, Martin.

Martin, if a user can’t figure that [adding images to myspace] out then he/she won’t appreciate your blog very much.

Gary yes I know that. The thing is, I have to write a few basic posts in the coming weeks to increase the traffic from search engines that I get. It won’t be more than one post a day and this is additional to the regular posts that I write.

It wont last forever as well ;)

with all due respect; IMO posts like these seem a little basic for ghacks audience. Please don’t take it the wrong way, as I don’t intend to criticize the great work u do on this blog. It’s just that your updates are so frequent, sometimes I think I may have missed some really useful post, as they drop off the front page and are replaced with the latest.

that said; I really like ghacks.net,keep up the goood work :)
