I am using FlashFolder for Open/Save dialogs (posted on it some time ago myself, and freewaregenius reviewed it year+ ago). It allows to set size plus bunch of extra stuff. Can't live without it anymore. :) Hm… Yet again if I found out users with this at work I am going to massacre them. :) Patching system files is bad idea by default.
